Yosi Halevy, Attorney at Law, has served as a Legal Advisor for the Israel Insurance Association (R.A) and for the Association of Life Insurance Companies of Israel LTD. since 1983.
Halevy’s main functions in the framework of the Israel Insurance Association and Association of Life Insurance companies of Israel are: Consultancy on legislative and regulatory matters related to insurance, representing the industry in legal matters before the various authorities, including Knesset committees and the courts in petitions in which the Israel Insurance Association and/or Association of Life Insurance companies of Israel is a party, consultancy to the Israel Insurance Association and to the Life Insurance Association on antitrust issues, including submitting requests for exemptions to the Antitrust Commissioner.
